Mick J. Miller, President
Mick Miller joined Energetix, LLC as the Business Development Manager in June 2009 and currently serves as President for Energetix. Prior to joining Energetix, Mick was the President and Chief Executive Officer from August 2006 to June 2009 of Red Trail Energy, LLC (RTE), a 50 MGY coal fired ethanol facility in Richardton, North Dakota. From June of 2005 to August 2006, he was the General Manager for RTE where he led the construction and project start up. Prior to joining RTE, he worked for Diversified Energy Company LLC (DENCO), a 25 MGY ethanol facility in Morris, Minnesota beginning in September 1999. At DENCO, Mick was Operations Supervisor from July 2000 through May 2002 and Plant Manager from May 2002 to June 2005. Mick also held the position of Vice President of Operations for Greenway Consulting, LLC from September 2002 to June 2009. He has served since May 2005 to the present on the Advisory Board for the Process Plant Technology Program at Bismarck State College in Bismarck, North Dakota, on the Board of Governors for the North Dakota Ethanol Producers Association as Vice-President since 2006 and has served on the Board of Governors for Renewable Products Marketing Group while working at RTE.mick.miller@energetixllc.com | Mobile Number: (701) 202-1683 | Business Number: (701) 557-9099
Jason A. Jerke, Managing Partner
Jason Jerke is a Managing Partner of Energetix, LLC. Jason has been working in the production of renewable fuels and chemicals field for the past 13 years in academia, and industry. His expertise lies in biofuels production and management optimization with a focus on technology evaluation and development. Most recently, Jason was appointed as the Chief Operating Officer and a Managing Director of Carbon Green BioEnergy, LLC. Previously, Jason served as the Vice-President and Plant Manager of Central Indiana Ethanol, and a Process Engineer at Chippewa Valley Ethanol Company where he helped develop a biomass gasification system to replace natural gas.Jason obtained a Master of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Colorado State University and a Master of Science degree in Industrial Microbiology from South Dakota State University.

Mitch J. Miller, Managing Partner
Mitch Miller is currently one of the Managing Partners of Energetix, LLC founded in February 2008. Energetix, LLC's primary focus has been biofuels consulting, management of facilities whether operational or currently in cold idle, and technology development services throughout the renewable fuels and energy sectors. Mitch currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director for Carbon Green BioEnergy, LLC, a recently acquired 40 MGY ethanol production facility in Woodbury, MI. Prior to Energetix, LLC, Mitch has an extensive history in the ethanol industry dating back to 1994, where he began with Corn Plus of Winnebago, Minnesota. Mitch served as the Operations Manager of Chippewa Valley Ethanol Company of Benson, MN from 1996 to 2005. In 2005, Mitch relocated to Indiana to serve as the Director, President and General Manager of Central Indiana Ethanol of Marion, Indiana.Mitch's education has been in Process Plant Technology from Bismarck State College and Technical Business Management from Southwest State University.

Gunner Greene, Vice President of Operations
Gunner Greene joined Energetix in November 2008 and currently serves as the Vice President of Operations. Prior to joining Energetix, Gunner was the Plant Manager of Otter Tail Ag Enterprises of Fergus Falls, MN from August 2006 through November 2008 where his primary responsibilities included management of operations, maintenance and laboratory departments and staff. From February 2004 through August 2006, Gunner was the Production Manager of Commonwealth Agri Energy of Hopkinsville, Kentucky where his primary focus was optimization of plants systems which included distillation, fermentation and energy consumption. Gunner began his career in the ethanol industry with Chippewa Valley Ethanol of Benson, Minnesota in 2002 where he served as a Process Operator responsible for plant operations on a shift basis to ensure product quality and quantity.Gunner's education has been with Bismarck State College in Process Plant Technology and Marshall University in Business Management.

Edward Thomas, Plant Manager
Edward Thomas joined Energetix Holdings, as Plant Manager in July 2009 for Carbon Green BioEnergy Located in Lake Odessa MI.Edward is the former Plant Manager of Red Trail Energy (RTE) in Richardton, ND, a 50 MGPY coal fired facility and one of only 4 ICM process designed coal fired plants in the nation. Edward was with RTE from June of 2006 until July 2009. He assist in management of the construction phase, secure RTE employees, procure plant equipment, and oversee plant start-up operations in January 2007. As Plant Manager for RTE he implemented the development and training of the operations staff along with policies and procedures for the company.
Prior to joining Red Trail, Edward was employed for six years at Chippewa Valley Ethanol Company (CVEC) in Benson, MN. His last position at CVEC was Operations Coordinator. While at CVEC Ed was involved in research and development of new products and technologies and was a part of the team that developed the industrial alcohol and beverage products, including CVECs own Shakers Vodka.
Edward began his career at Bismarck State College with an Associate Degree in Applied Science and Process Plant Technology. He has obtained further education in management and engineering. He feels this background has provided a great tool where his career is today.

Brandon Soine, Plant Manager
Brandon Soine joined Energetix in September 2010 as the Plant Manager of DENCO II, LLC in Morris, MN. Prior to joining Energetix, Brandon was the Plant Manager of Global Ethanol’s Lakota facility from June 2009 through August 2010. His primary responsibilities included management of operations, maintenance, grains, and quality control departments. From 2000 to 2009, Brandon was employed by DENCO, LLC with his last position being Plant Manager. Brandon currently sits on the Biofuels Advisory Committee for Minnesota West Community & Technical College in Granite Falls.Brandon received his education in Power/Process Plant Technology from Bismarck State College.

James Ekenstedt, Lab Manager
Jim Ekenstedt joined Energetix in April, 2010 and currently serves as the Lab Manager at DENCO II in Morris, MN. Prior to joining Energetix, Jim worked for Lallemand Ethanol Technology as a technical sales representative where his primary responsibilities were to provide technical support to customers and expand their customer base. Prior to working for LET, Jim was the Lab Manager at the Verasun facility in Janesville, MN and also worked as a part time lab tech at the Verasun Aurora facility while attending college in Brookings, SD.Jim obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Microbiology from South Dakota State University.
